Sustainability

Transform your dining experience with the rich, timeless beauty of our Kalamkari Tablecloth, a piece that speaks to the artistry and tradition of ancient India. Each tablecloth is crafted from organic cotton, hand-printed using natural dyes derived from earth, leaves, bark, and flowers.

The process is as much an art as it is a story. From the careful preparation of the fabric to the intricate wooden block printing, every step is thoughtfully done by skilled artisans. The colours, drawn from nature’s own palette, create a piece that’s as unique as the trees and plants that inspired them.

Each Kalamkari Tablecloth carries with it the spirit of the earth, reflecting the artisans’ dedication to their craft and to the environment. With its naturally rich tones and intricate design, it’s more than just a tablecloth — it’s an heirloom in the making, elevating your space with elegance and eco-conscious beauty bringing both warmth and a touch of timeless luxury to any home.

HOW TO CARE

  • Shedding is natural with brand new towels and on the first few washes but will definitely stop over time as the fabric settles in
  • If you get snags or loops on your towel do not pull it, as this will cause more damage, simply cut it. It may happen with new towels, snags and loops appear as the fabric settles in, simply cut it and give your towel time to settle in
  • Wash in cold water on gentle cycle with plant based detergents and no bleaching agents
  • To keep your towels fresh and soft naturally, add either a cap of white vinegar or 1/2 cup of bicarb soda to your rinse cycle. Both are antibacterial, help disperse any remaining soap, and result in soft, fluffy, absorbent towels.
  • Wash colours separately
  • Shake well before line drying to release any loose fibres. Avoid direct sunlight where possible
  • Can be tumble dried on a low or warm setting
  • Make sure it is fully dry before storing away
