Orders (except preorder items) dispatch within 3-5 days. This timeframe excludes weekends & Public Holidays (VIC), and sale periods where slight delays may be experienced.

When your order is fulfilled and on its way to you, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number for your reference so you can follow your order's journey.

While we make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, there can be unforeseen delays with our delivery providers which we have no control over once the order leaves our warehouse.

Please note that your order may be split when sending, as we fulfil from our warehouse as well as our stores on occasion.

Bhumi orders are shipped for FREE within Australia for all orders over $99. Orders under $99 are at a flat rate of $14.95. Orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post through Standard eParcel and require signature on delivery, which are estimated to arrive with you 2-5 business days after dispatched.

Bhumi orders can also be shipped via EXPRESS within Australia for a flat rate of $19.95, or FREE EXPRESS for orders above $399. Please allow 1-2 days after dispatched for your package to arrive.

We now offer In-store pickup (Click & Collect) - free at both our Collingwood and Byron Bay stores.

Store options will appear at checkout based on item availability. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s available for pickup, this is usually within 1 hour.

When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation to show our in-store team.

Please note: Due to current system limitations, we’re unable to split Click & Collect orders. If some items aren’t available for collection, you’ll need to place a separate order for delivery.
