When your order is fulfilled and on its way to you, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number for your reference so you can follow your order's journey.

While we make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, there can be unforeseen delays with our delivery providers which we have no control over once the order leaves our warehouse.

Please note that your order may be split when sending, as we fulfil some items from our Fairtrade certified factory in India via DHL Express, as well as our stores on occasion.

Bhumi orders are shipped for FREE within Australia for all orders over $99. Orders under $99 are at a flat rate of $14.95. Orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post through Standard eParcel and require signature on delivery. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive with you.

Bhumi orders can also be shipped via EXPRESS within Australia for a flat rate of $19.95, or FREE EXPRESS for orders above $399. Please allow 1-3 days after dispatched for your package to arrive.
