Returns policy
Bhumi takes a lot of pride in offering you quality products that are ethically made from certified organic cotton. However, for some reason if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or require different sizing options, you can submit a return within 30 days of receiving the goods for either an exchange, a store credit, or a refund. Please note: there is no refund on items purchased during sales or last chance, although we can offer a store credit or exchange.
Note: Any orders placed from 7th November 2024 to the 5th January 2025 have an extended return period of 60 days.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Any washed, worn or altered products will deem your return invalid.
We would greatly appreciate, before unfolding/using/washing Bedding items, to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the Bedding chosen - our Bedding is packaged in their own matching Bhumi Bedding Bag (with a tag at the side) to allow you to see the size, colour and fabric feel.
For items purchased at our Byron Bay or Collingwood stores, returns and exchanges can be organised either directly at the store purchased, or reach out to us at help@bhumi.com.au and we will organise a pre-paid returns label for you to post your items to our Returns Dept. Note: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
For items purchased online, these cannot be returned in our Byron Bay or Collingwood stores. Reach out to us at help@bhumi.com.au and once your Return is approved you will receive a pre-paid returns label (Aus postage only) to download. The label can be printed and attached to your parcel to drop it off at your post office. Or your Post Office can also scan the attachment and print it for you that way, just show the label on your phone / tablet at the post office.
PLEASE NOTE:
- If you are returning a Set (eg Quilt Cover Set, Sheet Set or PJ Set) or 2 Pack (eg Underwear, Baby Blankets) all items in the Set/Pair must be returned together in their original condition.
- If you are returning items purchased as part of a Bundle (or a 3 Pack or 6 Pack), individual items within the bundle may be returned for an exchange or store credit. Refund is only available where the entire Bundle is returned in their original condition.
- Items gifted within a Free Gift with Purchase offer are not eligible for a return. If any of the item/s purchased to receive this free gift are returned, then the Free Gift must also be returned in their original condition.
Exchanges
An exchange can be issued for the same product in a different size/colour, or another product of your choosing.
If your exchange is for a lower priced item/s we will issue a store credit (or can refund the difference back to your original payment method by request). If your exchange is for a higher priced item/s then we can organise an exchange order with the difference to process payment on.

Store Credit/Refund
A store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card (no expiry). If you choose a store credit we will add (as a gift) an additional 10% to the store credit amount for you. This will be emailed to you with a code for you to apply at checkout on any future purchases.
A refund will be processed back to your payment method on the original order (this includes if payment was made with card/paypal/gift card). Please note: there is no refund on items purchased during sales or last chance, although we can offer a store credit or exchange.
Note: Shipping paid on original order will not be refunded.
Return Timeframe
Returns will be processed up to 10 business days from receipt with the Returns Team.
For exchanges you will receive an email notification of your exchange order & shipping confirmation for tracking purposes. Any store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card (no expiry), and refunds you will receive an email notification once processed.
International Returns
For return shipping on international orders, we are unable to reimburse for international return shipping charges. We recommend when returning the goods to the Bhumi Returns Department to use postage or courier that provides tracking details to ensure timely tracking and processing of the returned item(s).
