    How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    Your beautiful bedding will be crafted with care in just 1-2 days, as our fabrics and skilled artisans are always ready to bring your order to life.

    After that, your order will be dispatched, and you can expect it to arrive within 3-5 business days via UPS, ready to transform your space with comfort and elegance.

    When your order is fulfilled and on its way to you, you will receive an UPS tracking number for your reference so you can follow your order's journey.

    From order to doorstep, your bedding will arrive in roughly 7 business days.

    How much is shipping?

    Bhumi orders are shipped for FREE within Australia for all orders over $99. Orders under $99 are at a flat rate of $9.95.

    When your order is fulfilled and on its way to you, you will receive a tracking number for your reference so you can follow your order's journey.

    Please note that your order may be split when sending, as we fulfil from multiple warehouses.

    What if I want to change or cancel my order?

    We understand that things can change. Since your bedding is made just for you, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made within 1 hour of placing your order - we can't guarantee the change or cancellation but we can try our best. Our artisans begin their work to ensure timely delivery straightaway after an order is received.

    Are the materials certified organic?

    Yes, all of our bedding is made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, ensuring every fiber is sustainably sourced and free from harmful chemicals, so you can rest easy knowing your bedding is gentle on both you and the planet.

    Can I return my Made to Order bedding?

    Bhumi takes a lot of pride in offering you quality products that are ethically made from certified organic cotton.

    However, for some reason if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return within 30 days of receiving the goods for either an exchange, a store credit, or a refund.

    Items must be returned in their original condition. Any washed, worn or altered products will deem your return invalid.

    We are unable to reimburse for return shipping charges for Made to Order products. We recommend when returning the goods to the Bhumi Returns Department to use postage or courier that provides tracking details to ensure timely tracking and processing of the returned item(s). For the Bhumi Returns Department address, please contact us via email on help@bhumi.com.au.

    How do I care for my new organic bedding?

    Caring for your Bhumi bedding is simple! Machine wash in cold water with mild, eco-friendly detergent, and line dry or tumble dry on low to maintain the softness and quality of your bedding for years to come.

    Meet the founders
    Vinita & Dushyant

    Based out of Melbourne (Australia), Dushyant & Vinita’s journey began by recognising the devastating impact of conventional cotton farming on the environment and the exploitation of workers.

    Vinita who is born and raised in Australia with a background in Health and a Masters in International Public Health (from the University of Melbourne), saw first hand the disastrous health and environmental impacts of traditional cotton growing with farmer suicides, child labour, pesticide poisoning, birth defects, harmful dyes and toxic water ways. After years in the field meeting with amazing NGOs, grassroots organisations and a growing movement of organic farmers, it was time for positive change. Vinita combined her deep love for the Earth, humanity and sustainable design to create Bhumi Organic Cotton.

    Dushyant's passion for socially conscious enterprises and textiles, along with his finance and technology background, has seen Bhumi grow to a global platform. Dushyant's vision for all businesses today is to have a purpose beyond just profits. He strongly believes that businesses should be financially sustainable and at the same time provide economic, social and environmental benefits to local and global communities.
