Do you offer Free shipping for all your products?
Bhumi products are shipped for FREE within Australia. Orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post through Standard eParcel. Please allow approx 2-5 business days for your package to arrive.
Do you offer Express shipping?
Bhumi products can be shipped via EXPRESS within Australia for a flat rate of AUD $13.95. Orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post through EXPRESS Eparcel. Please allow 2 business days for your package to arrive.
Do you offer International shipping?
Bhumi products are shipped for FREE to all countries for orders above AUD $249.
Orders below AUD $249, Bhumi products can be shipped for a flat rate of AUD $19.95 to all countries.
Orders will be shipped to you by DHL Express or a Courier Service of our choosing. Please allow approx 3-5 business days for your package to arrive.
When your order is fulfilled and on it's way to you, you will receive a tracking number for your reference...so you can follow your order's journey.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcels.
When will my items arrive?

When will my preordered items arrive?
This will depend on the product, all shipping timeframes can be found on the product page when selecting your choice of size/colour.

International orders - if you order an in-stock item in addition to your preordereded item, all products will be shipped together on the preorder ship by date. If you would like us to ship the in-stock items separately please contact the Bhumi Team at: email@example.com

What are Bhumi's current delivery timeframes
Can I make a change to my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any changes (including address changes, changes to colours and/or sizes and adding or removing items) to any orders after your order is placed. This is due to our 3rd party fulfilment centre typically processing the items for your order shortly after the order being received.
However, once your order is received, you can exchange or return any item per our returns policy. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
What is your Return policy?
We take a lot of pride in offering you quality products that are ethically made from certified organic cotton. However, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org strictly within 30 Days of receiving the goods. Once the goods are returned in their original condition (unused, unworn and unwashed) you are able to receive an Exchange on the item or a Store Credit or Refund.
If you choose a Store Credit we will add an additional 10% to the Store Credit for you.
If you do choose to return an item, we will arrange to send you a pre-paid return label (within Australia). In case you choose for an exchange will also send you the replacement item(s) at no additional cost to you.
During a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer the lowest priced item is deemed the free item. Discount is automatically applied at checkout. The promotion is not valid with any other promo, offer or discount.
If a customer returns any of the items purchased, for a refund, they must also return the free item for this to be valid. Free items cannot be returned for a credit.
Note: Face Masks - due to the nature of the product, this item cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
What is the timeframe for processing my return?
All Returns will be processed up to 10 business days of receipt with the Return's Department. For refunds, you will receive an email notification once processed and for exchanges you will receive an email notification for tracking purposes.
Can I return my International order?
For return shipping on international orders, we are unable to reimburse for international return shipping charges. We recommend when returning the goods to the Bhumi Returns Department to use a courier that provides tracking details to ensure timely tracking and processing of the returned item(s).
