HOW TO CARE

  • Our Organic Sateen Bedding is pre-washed for you to use immediately
  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with plant based detergents and no bleaching agents
  • Wash colours separately
  • Shake well before line drying
  • Avoid direct sunlight as this can cause the colour to fade
  • Can be tumble dried on warm 
  • Creases will soften with your body warmth but if you need to, iron inside out in a warm setting
  • Make sure it is fully dry before storing away or putting it back on the bed

Organic Cotton

We start at the source: our cotton seeds are organic, not GMOs, and our farm partners rely exclusively on non-toxic resources to qualify as 100% organic.
Rain water

We use harvested monsoon rain water throughout the entire seed to shelf journey to avoid wasting this precious natural resource.
DYES

We use non toxic GOTS certified dyes. All our prints and fabrics are dyed using water based dyes free of ammonia, formaldehyde, chlorine bleach and toxic heavy metals.

Potato starch

Instead of using harsh toxic chemicals during production and finishing, we use potato starch to coat the threads which strengthens and prevents breakdown.
Neem

Using age old traditional farming practices we use Neem as an organic pest and fungal control for our crops instead of toxic insecticides or pesticides.
Marigold

We work with nature to protect the land by using innovative natural pest control methods and the power of the humble marigold.
Solar Power

We use the power of the sun. Our mills harness the suns energy with on site solar plants.

300TC but feels smooth like a higher thread count

"I was concerned because I usually buy higher thread counts, but took a gamble with the promise of a different type of cotton with longer fibres. Honestly the sheets do feel very smooth the 300 TC feels comparable to a 1000 TC sheet. I have only used them once so far, so I am quite interested to see how they age. But its organic, fair trade and feels good so far - people sitting on the fence should try it."
