Balance Tip - Gratitude

Gratitude. Every day is a new life, a new chance, a new beginning. Every night is a time of reflection a time to renew, a time to refocus. At the start and end of each day, try to pause for a moment and reflect on what you are grateful for.
Be thankful for the little things that are so important but things that we often forget.. Thank your eyes.. Your breath.. Your life.. Your body... Having shelter.. Having nourishing food.. Having water.. Breathing clean air.. Your loved ones.. Another chance.. Another way to do something.. Another way to see something.. Another way to understand something… Think of things that you are thankful for, embrace them and see the world and people in it with a new perspective. In the cycle of just one day, we can do so much to create an impact and so much we can reflect on and be grateful for.
To echo Mahatma Gandhi's words " Live each day as if it were your last. Learn as if you were to live forever".
