Next time you find yourself appreciating nature, take a mind photograph. A camera is not needed. Concentrate on committing a scene to memory; a tree, a flower, a river, leaves, waves or a bird; anything that has meaning or resonance for you.
For example: a tree. Look at the colours and shapes in the bark, feel the textures; bask in its shade, notice the strength. Take that mind photograph. Frame it in your minds eye. Know that you can go and quietly look at it whenever you wish. Be still. Focus on what is within your nature frame as a continuing and enduring source of regeneration. No matter where you are or what the circumstance.
