Bhumi products can be shipped via EXPRESS within Australia for a flat rate of $13.95. Orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post through EXPRESS Eparcel. Please allow 1-2 business days for your package to arrive.

Bhumi products are shipped for FREE to all countries for orders above $99.

Orders below $99, Bhumi products can be shipped for a flat rate of $19.95 to all countries.

Orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post International Express or a Courier Service of our choosing. Please allow 5-10 business days for your package to arrive.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

Our preorders allow you to order selected items early, at a discounted price and avoid missing out.

Delivery times for preorders may vary by 2 - 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any changes (including address changes, changes to colours and/or sizes and adding or removing items) to any orders after your order is placed. This is due to our 3rd party fulfilment centre typically processing the items for your order within a few minutes of the order being received.

However, once your order is received, you can exchange or return any item per our returns policy. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We take a lot of pride in offering you quality products that are ethically made from certified organic cotton. However, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email on help@bhumi.com.au strictly within 30 Days of receiving the goods. Once the goods are returned in their original condition (unused, unworn and unwashed) you are able to receive an Exchange on the item or a Store Credit or Refund.

If you do choose to return an item, we will arrange to send you a pre-paid return label (within Australia). In case you choose for an exchange will also send you the replacement item(s) at no additional cost to you.

All Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt with the Return's Department. For refunds, you will receive an email notification once processed and for exchanges you will receive an email notification for tracking purposes.

For return shipping on international orders, we are unable to reimburse for international return shipping charges. We recommend when returning the goods to the Bhumi Returns Department to a courier that provides tracking details

to ensure timely tracking and processing of the returned item(s).

At Bhumi we believe in less is more.  We've removed all unnecessary packaging and with our boxes, that lovingly go out to you, we use recycled boxes, eco friendly ink and plastic free tape.

All Bhumi orders are hand wrapped and packed with love in our Melbourne Fulfilment Centre.
